Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: Orders for digital products, instant download e-books, or online courses cannot be cancelled once the download link or access has been dispatched or generated.
Subscription/Service Cancellation: If you have opted for any service-based package or structured digital program, cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support desk. Upon successful cancellation prior to service execution, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund Policy guidelines.
Order Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order for Ayurvedic products anytime before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once the product is dispatched and handed over to our shipping courier partner, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund on Cancellation: If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, any amount paid will be fully refunded to your original payment source (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
