Digital Products Nature: Since our website offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (e-books, PDF notes, and digital courses), we do not issue refunds once the order is successfully processed and the product download link has been sent or accessed.
1. General Policy on Health & Wellness Products
Due to the consumable and health-sensitive nature of Ayurvedic medicines, supplements, herbal powders, oils, and skincare items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, opened, or the seal is broken, to maintain strict safety and hygiene standards.
2. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement
You are eligible for a return or replacement only under the following specific circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Item: The product received is physically damaged, leaked, or broken upon delivery.
Wrong Product: You received an item entirely different from what you ordered.
Expired Product: The product delivered has crossed its expiration date.
3. Reporting Window & Timeframe
To raise a complaint for any of the eligible cases mentioned above, you must contact our support team within 1 to 2 days of receiving your order. Requests raised after 2 days will not be accepted.
4. Required Proof for Claims
For verification purposes, customers must provide:
Clear unboxing video showing the damaged package/product or the wrong item received.
Clear photographs of the product labels and batch number.
5. Refund Mode & Processing Time
Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our quality team, we will initiate a replacement or refund.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back automatically to your original payment source (Bank Account / UPI / Credit-Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
